Jewel Case Calendar Tutorial and New Finds
Hello, hello. I am back with another tutorial as well as news you can (hopefully) use.
In this issue:
New Tutorial: Jewel Case Calendar Tutorial (also this week’s niche idea)

Video Tutorials
New on YouTube: Following up on my calendar template tutorial from last week, I show you a calendar variation called jewel case calendars.
These are a stack of calendar cards that are displayed in an opened up jewel case (like you used to get CD’s in).
See this week’s Niche Idea for ways to use these in your business.
Ask: My last video got more views and engagement in the first week than usual. This seemed to help its distribution. If you click through and watch any of this tutorial, would you do me a favor and give it a thumbs up or leave a comment? Thanks!
Niche Idea: Jewel Case Calendars
1. Digital Download, customer prints
2. Physical Product: you can also get these printed yourself on light cardstock and order empty jewel cases. With so many people selling digital downloads on sites like Etsy, shipping out a physical item can set you apart. Plus these are so small, they wouldn’t cost much to ship.
3. Design as a service: Businesses often use these sorts of calendars for promotional purposes. Offer to create a customized design for local companies for a fee. Once you have the template set up, customization is a matter of replacing the images and their logo, maybe adjusting fonts.
4. Digital download, customized for the customer: list these as a digital file and offer customization (another way to differentiate your listing). Customers could submit the images they want on the calendar and you can replace them in your template in minutes.

Super Set of AI tools
Recently a new AI image generator was released that some people are raving about. I had to give it a try and early results are promising. But that’s just the half of it. Where did I hear about it?
At some point I started getting emails from “Poe.” I had no idea why or how but since I have tried many AI tools and they didn’t email often I stuck around.
After reading about the Flux image generator in a Poe email I clicked through and discovered Poe aggregates a lot of AI tools—ChatGPT, Claude, Llama, Playground, Gemini, Ideogram, etc. into one place.
Users can also create their own custom bots which can be shared with the community. There are lots of specialized bots for specific types of images, as well as creative writing, research, designing PPT slides, and much more that is outside the scope of this newsletter.
You can use it to a certain degree for free. I have been playing around and sampling various bots this week without hitting any limits, but the paid plan is $20/month.
I love the idea of one fee to access any of the models. Yes, this is legal, they just are hooking up through the API’s of all these tools and paying for their usage, then offering them to customers under one roof. It’s a playground of AI tools.
Plus, this isn’t some random company. It’s from Quora?! The first tool in the list is Assistant, which is their chatbot.
You can find it at Poe.com and in the App store. This is not an affiliate link, just sharing something some may find useful.

Going back through my list of POD design ideas for two niches, I’ll tell you more about my plan for this as soon as I have it rolling. It may be a game plan that you can use in your businesses as well

Got accepted to the Amazon Influencer program (yay!), so reading up on the do’s and dont’s of that program
What have you been up to? Seriously, hit reply and let me know. Sometimes it feels like we get nothing accomplished in a week but when you write it out you realize you did more than you think.
Until next time,
